Make a little room for what you remember.

A printable dream recall checklist. Not a guarantee of recall, and not a reason to interrupt your sleep.

You can make writing easier without making sleep a project. Keep a place to write nearby and record whatever is there when you wake. If nothing returns, that is fine too.

Check items below for this visit, or print the checklist. Progress is not saved after you leave or refresh. No account or dream upload is needed. Website analytics records page visits and the print action, never your checklist choices.

If you remember nothing

Do not invent an entry or keep pushing for a memory. Leave the page blank, write “nothing remembered,” or return another morning. This checklist is a way to organise a writing habit, not a claim that it improves dream recall.

Keep the routine small

A word or a short sentence may be enough for today. Avoid setting extra night-time alarms for this routine. If writing feels like a burden, skip it. Read the getting-started guide for a simple approach, or open the journal template to write now.
