Start with the dream itself. Add a date, feeling, or later thought only if it helps. You can leave any field blank. This is a writing space, not an interpretation service.
Your writing stays in this page. It is not sent to Oniryn or an AI service. This tool does not save to local storage or sync your entry. Closing or refreshing the page can lose it. Download a plain-text copy if you want to keep it; the file goes to your browser’s download destination and is not encrypted by this tool.
A page for the morning
Print a blank page now, or fill in any fields to print your entry. Nothing is uploaded or automatically stored by this tool. Leaving or refreshing the page loses unsaved writing. Your browser controls the printer or Save as PDF destination; choose a private location and avoid shared printers.
If the buttons are unavailable, copy your writing to a private document. Your browser’s Print command still prints a blank handwriting template; filled-entry printing and downloading require JavaScript. Reset clears this page only, not files or printouts.
How to use the template
- Write a few words in “What do you remember?” Start wherever the memory is clearest.
- Use “Details” for colours, phrases, people, places, or uncertainty. You do not need to fill the gaps.
- Keep your later thoughts separate from the dream so you can tell memory from reflection.
- Choose “Download plain text” to keep a copy. “Reset entry” clears this page, not files you already downloaded.
Prefer paper?
Copy these headings into a notebook: date, title, what I remember, how it felt, details to keep, my own thoughts. You do not need to complete them all. A short entry is still an entry.
For a dedicated journal on your phone, meet Oniryn for iPhone. Local journaling is free; optional cloud AI is a separate choice.
